Voice For Hope: VTOC Patient Engagement Program is Launched!

Visiontree, a leader in cloud-based, patient-centered outcomes, population health and multi-center research/registry solutions, is excited to announce the ‘Voice for Hope’ patient engagement campaign launch.

Voice for Hope

The ‘Voice for Hope’ offers the ability for a patient to complete an ‘Expression of Hope’ card, as well as providing a charitable contribution designated by the provider site. This allows patients to share what gives them hope and strength on their treatment pathways using their VTOC patient portal or app for clinical or research use.

By completing the ‘Voice for Hope’ card, patient messages will be added to the ‘Tree of Hope’ (shown below). In partnership, the ‘One for the Cure’ initiative will also help build patient communities around cancer and disease-site specific diagnoses, along with solutions for connecting patients with relevant clinical trials and foundation resources.

Voice for Hope Sample

Highlights include:

  • Improve patient engagement and help the patient’s voice to be heard
  • Connect patients with research foundations in their community
  • Build the ‘Tree of Hope’ at your site
