VisionTree Software Expands Health Care Distribution Across the United States and Canada

SAN DIEGO — July 11, 2005 — VisionTree Software (www.visiontree.com), makers of relevant decision support systems for individuals and organizations, today announced a distribution agreement with Source Surgical, Inc., a leading provider of supplies to health care organizations in the Northwestern United States.

Source Surgical, with 17 representatives, has a significant market presence in the Northwest and will distribute VisionTree Healthcare, Professional and Conference editions to its health care customers.
